Day Two: Orientation to camp in the am, orienting to open space board

Day Four: Typical Daily Schedule
Day Five: Partial Regular Schedule, Farewells & Closing Ceremony, Departure.

7:30-8:30 - BREAKFAST

8:10-9:10 -  STAFF REALM MTGS

8:30-9:15 - CLEAN-UP and TRANSITION time from eating area to Community Gathering

9:20-9:45 - COMMUNITY GATHERING.
Greeting the Day and Each Other (music, activity, check-in, logistics & orientation to our day)

9:45 - 9:55 - TRANSITION

10:00 - PROGRAM TIME OFFERINGS

10:30 - SNACK

12:30-1:30 - LUNCH  - Families regroup if they were in separate programs 

1:30-1:45 - CLEAN-UP  AND  TRANSITION

1:45– 2:45 - PROGRAM TIME OFFERINGS
    Could include EMPATHY TIME #1 Staff and Parents mixed. Parents & Staff are responsible for self-organizing care for their own youth/tweens/teens for this hour

2:45-3:00 - TRANSITION – Families regroup if they were in separate programs 

3:00 - 4:00 - Offerings and possible EMPATHY TIME #2 Staff and Parents mixed. Parents & Staff are responsible for self-organizing care for their own youth/tweens/teens

4:00-4:15 SNACK & TRANSITION

4:20 - 5:45 -  OPEN SPACE: optional offerings from participants and staff. workshops, family-oriented workshops & activities offered by staff &/or participants, REST, individual sessions, family time, self-care time, mediations, integration, etc.

6:00 –7:00 - DINNER
(Staff Special Event Meetings)

7:00-7:30 - CLEAN-UP AND TRANSITION

7:30– 8:30 - COMMUNITY EVENING: Community Circle (Mourning/Celebration), singing, games, skits/role-plays or storytelling around the campfire, bedtime.

8:30- 9:00 - TRANSITION

9:00 - QUIET TIME FOR THE NIGHT

8:45- 9:45 - ALL STAFF MEETING
